Jakarta Satpol PP's Bylaw and Head Regulation Enforcement Division Head, Rahmat Effendi Lubis, said good synergy will minimize public disorder.

"We hope the registration process runs smoothly," he said, Wednesday (8/28).

He advised all personnel involved to remain vigilant and ready to face all possibilities, including the potential for disturbances to public order and security that could arise during the registration and appointment process for the Governor and Deputy Governor of Jakarta for 2024-2029.

"I also gave orders to all officers to remain focused and alert in carrying out security. And we appeal to the candidates and the community to work together with officers to maintain public order," he stated.
